As someone who has traveled in a car from California to DC with 2 dogs, finding pet-friendly things to do in combination with pet-friendly accommodations can be challenging.
For example, a hotel advertising they are pet friendly but the beach they face doesn’t allow dogs, seems pointless. You still need to do your research!
